Foot Locker Hillside Village is a popular destination for athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories. It offers a wide selection of premium products from major brands like Nike, adidas, Jordan, PUMA, Reebok, New Balance, Under Armour, Vans, Converse, ASICS, FILA, Champion, and many more. The store caters to athletes and casual sneaker fans alike, providing shoes for basketball, running, training, and everyday wear. Customer service at this location has received mixed reviews. Many customers praise the staff for being helpful, patient, and friendly, highlighting positive experiences with associates who assist in finding the right shoes and sizes. One customer appreciated a staff member's patience when indecisive about shoes, and another noted that the team made them feel welcomed, especially their children. However, there have been complaints about certain managers. One customer described a negative encounter with a manager who was rude, interrupting their checkout and speaking harshly in front of children, which left them feeling disrespected and questioning whether they would return. In contrast, another manager was recognized for being friendly and professional, offering apologies and taking accountability for the situation. The atmosphere in the store is generally positive, with helpful employees and a welcoming environment. Still, some customers mentioned limited shoe selections and low inventory, especially in certain sizes. Overall, Foot Locker Hillside Village is appreciated for its wide brand selection and helpful staff, though improvements in management behavior and stock levels could enhance the shopping experience.
Had a very good experience at the Footlocker in Cedar Hill. There is a Footlocker that’s closer to me, but I prefer to go to that one. It’s bigger than way more selections than the other one I go to.

Yo! Cudos to Alyssa, iesly, and Conner for closing the deal. I wasn't really in the mood for buying, I was supposed to be browsing, it's funny how a store full of upbeat people willing to help at a moments notice can affect a customer's mood to wanna purchase! ☝️👏👏👏
