She was superb with her customer service. we ended up going to the Arington location for the more variety, and was helped by LIly, definitly could use some training from Juana on customer service, but was ok. I bought some shows that I thing Juana should get the credit for.”

Not only did they help find the shoe, they had it in stock there for purchase. Very seamless process, was in and out with the shoes in no time. Keep up the good work management!!”

“Special THANKS to Kenny and the other team member in the store!!! My dad and I were there last Saturday around 3pm shopping, Kenny was very helpful and upon us checking out my dad felt like his blood sugar was dropping. I didn’t have any candy or juice on me at this time. So I took a chance and asked the gentleman if they had a peppermint or a cookie something, they could have easily said “no” but they went to their office and found a piece of chocolate and a package of candy. That helped tremendous untill I was able to go get my dad some food and juice. This is an example of going above and beyond with good customer service. Thank yall so much. My dad loves this store and this was just the icing on the cake that will keep us coming back.”
