“This is my primary Burlington location, and we shop here frequently. Overall, I find it to be decent, and I've noticed improvements in cleanliness and other areas.
I want to take a moment to specifically address the security outside of Burlington, as my review is long overdue. I will soon reach out to whoever oversees their security team, because the person they hired to work weekends during the holiday season truly deserves a raise.
I believe my daughter and I were followed from Arlington back to Cedar Hill, and we didn't realize it until we exited the store. We noticed a group of 4-5 young men laughing and looking at us as they were getting back into their vehicle. When we looked over, we noticed that security was sitting in his vehicle, facing them with his lights on. He was a true blessing to us, and I cannot go another month without acknowledging how much his presence meant to us. Whatever was about to happen, he is the reason that it did not.
I feel safe at this location, and I plan to call around until I find out who he reports to. Thank you so much for your service!”

“Special THANKS to Kenny and the other team member in the store!!! My dad and I were there last Saturday around 3pm shopping, Kenny was very helpful and upon us checking out my dad felt like his blood sugar was dropping. I didn’t have any candy or juice on me at this time. So I took a chance and asked the gentleman if they had a peppermint or a cookie something, they could have easily said “no” but they went to their office and found a piece of chocolate and a package of candy. That helped tremendous untill I was able to go get my dad some food and juice. This is an example of going above and beyond with good customer service. Thank yall so much. My dad loves this store and this was just the icing on the cake that will keep us coming back.”
