“You can get an iphone 6 for $50 plus first month$50 plus $15 activation when you switch from another provider. Total is $130 with tax. I got 2 lg stylus 4 for $120 including 2 lines on unlimited data not bad at all. The screen protector they gave me was paper thin and had a tab at the top which peeled off within an hour. The cases are $13 a bit overpriced i got a tempered glass screen protector and case on amazon Prime for $8 with free next day shipping. Great customer service. Overpriced cases and limited selection as well. But if your looking for a good deal on 2 phones this is the place to go”

“I had issues with a new router I purchased. Customer service let me know that I needed a new modem. After almost 3 hours on the Spectrum store, I went home to connect it all. The new modem required activation, so another call to CS. The tech I spoke with was excellent! Took me through the set up and stayed on the line until it was working perfectly. 650+ Mbps download speed, rock solid connection and I couldn't be happier. Great job on the part of this guy. I am very pleased, thanks!!!”

“This experience was so convenient and smooth I went for a phone line transfer and it on took 3 to 4 min in the store and about 15 min out of the store for the transfer overall it was the best experience ,ive had every cellphone service known to man having said that I see why its called the mobile experience because know is doing it like t-mobile ??”
