“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this experience. I recently visited Verizon to switch carriers and get a new phone because I was having issues with my old one. I always expect switching to a new network to be a complicated process, but it ended up being quick and incredibly easy.
Abdel was amazing throughout the entire experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question we had without making us feel rushed. His excellent customer service made the whole process great.
I highly recommend working with Abdel if you visit this Verizon location. He made the experience so much better, and I would absolutely recommend Verizon to anyone thinking about making the switch!”

I came in with a broken debit card and I wasn't sure I was going to be able I was going to be able to walk out with a phone but Jose worked his magic and ended up helping me setup my card digitally to make a payment. He really just goes out of his way to help you and I see him treating every customer that walks in here that same way. “Chase at the T-Mobile store in Arlington provided exceptional customer service.
We came in around 6:30 PM needing to upgrade four phones, and he also took the time to walk us through different options for upgrading our fifth phone. Even though the store closed at 8:00 PM, Chase stayed focused and worked with us all the way through closing to make sure everything was set up correctly and that we understood our options.
He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed, even though we were there late in the day with multiple devices.
That kind of service is rare.
Chase represented T-Mobile extremely well, and I hope his leadership recognizes the effort he put into making sure our family left taken care of.

“I went to the T-Mobile in Duncanville today. Maze and I spelled MAZE was wonderful. The store was clean, organize, and not in a chaotic condition which I’ve seen over a year and a half earlier. Thank you maze for being a great customer service representative and handling my problem so promptly.”
“You can get an iphone 6 for $50 plus first month$50 plus $15 activation when you switch from another provider. Total is $130 with tax. I got 2 lg stylus 4 for $120 including 2 lines on unlimited data not bad at all. The screen protector they gave me was paper thin and had a tab at the top which peeled off within an hour. The cases are $13 a bit overpriced i got a tempered glass screen protector and case on amazon Prime for $8 with free next day shipping. Great customer service. Overpriced cases and limited selection as well. But if your looking for a good deal on 2 phones this is the place to go”
