“I came here out of necessity while visiting my family for the holidays. I am about 7 1/2 months pregnant and have been attempting to complete the three hour glucose tolerance test. Back where I am living all of the LabCorps did not take appointments and had extreme wait times. Here at the Cedar Hill location, Lanel took care of me! Because the test spans over three hours, she decided to skip her lunch to fit me in since my appointment was at 10:30 AM. This pregnancy has been difficult due to my poor health care providers, but Lanel and this LabCorp location have given me hope again. Thank you so much for your grace and quickness to respond!”

“The BEST clinic in Oak cliff I truly love their fast and quick service. The doctor is amazing he was able to find a quick solution for an issue I had going on. The nurses are amazing and very sweet. Some front desk people do need to be trained to have better manners but that’s okay it’s all about the learning experience but that can throw off some bad 1st impressions. They also offer a membership that doesn’t charge you the consultation and that has saved me money. The doctor truly cares for you, even after having my situation taken care of he told me to return for a follow up at no charge and that means a lot to me, shows that they care about their patients. 10/10 for me!”

“After going to Quest Diagnostic for over a decade, I had mixed reactions due to the fact that I am a very hard stick and bruised easily. I seldom get a staff that can get my vein in 1 try. More often, I had to asked for another phlebotomist if the first person had missed it. There were occasions that it’ll take 3 tries and needless to say, my arms were badly bruised. I had some staff get impatient and indifferent when I stopped them after 1 try and request another staff to try. When this happened, I was left in the room and had to wait for 20-30 minutes before someone else showed up with a straight face. In the last year or so, I finally found a lady that was very nice, friendly and compassionate but most of all, she can get my vein quick and easy on the first stick. Her hand was so light and precise that I hardly feel the pinch or the sting of the needle. Her name is Scherelle at the Grand Prairie clinic inside Tum Thum. So now, I only let her attend to me and refused the other staff to draw my blood. Miss Scherelle is a wonderful and outstanding addition to Quest Diagnostics.”

“I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. You can tell they love their job and they're absolutely good at it! I was in and out within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location. Note: keep in mind wait time could vary depending on how busy they are but again I recommend this location.”
