After being ripped off by another garage Jessie took the time to elaborate on what multiple items it could be- ordered parts a head of time just in case (he’d just send back if not needed on the back end) His guys & him did an excellent job and up and beyond on making sure my truck would be fixed correctly & would be safe for me. He’s an old school, no non-sense, professional who takes pride in providing quality work with quality products!! He specifically worked with Jimmy @ Expert Car Audio a few doors down, together they made it a 1-stop stop for me which is critical because I work over the road and am typically strapped on time. I spoke with Kyle on the phone, who was VERY helpful, who listened, made recommendations, and provided a ballpark estimate.Kyle was just as pleasant and friendly in person when I dropped it off. He called me throughout the repair process, updating me on other issues found, and never pressured me with "doom and gloom pressure that it had to be done immediately. “I can only say amazing things about this place. This mechanis is amazing and has been working on our vehicles for almost 2 years now. I know I can trust him to fix whatever is going on. We took a few family vehicles various times to other mechanics who only bled our pockets. Once here and he was able to get our cars running again. “Service was INCREDIBLE! I went in to get a routine diagnostic, and a gentlemen, by the name of Peyton, Talked me through every foreseen potential problem. From the tire thickness, to the cabin air filters, etc. Before that, Christian Brothers offered to drive me back to my home when dropping my car off. One of my relatives was supposed to come and pick me up, but they were radio silent. So after 20 minutes I went back inside, and the gentlemen dropped everything, and ensured Christian Brothers could safely get me to my home. Then did it.”

“I took my in for a diagnostic due to the check engine light being on. I spoke to Rich and he got right on it with one of his mechanics. They fixed the wiring harness and replaced the clutch solenoid in the transmission. It has been nearly a month with no issues or warning light on. Prior to them, I went to 3 other transmission places to no avail. They each gave me the run around. Now, I will appreciate Allstate Transmission as the number 1 service for transmission repairs. I've done business here before but this right here problem I had a dishonest mechanic would have jumped all over this and claim I had major issues when I didnt!! I put a new fuse in my car and for whatever reason my car wouldnt turn on after that not only they asked their guy to tow me at a very low charge but looked at my vehicle to see why it won't start...my fuse box came disconnected ..how? I have no idea maybe it was to shout for this business!!! Good honest people here. Grand Prairie will be highly appreciative of this GP is good city need to get rid of the crooks! Thanks yal?”
