He was AMAZING. His honesty about what he found and the way he explained each issue made me feel comfortable with my final decision on what to do and how to tackle this massive undertaking. He went so far above and beyond what I expected from an auto repair place. Even though I will be replacing the old girl, she earned her retirement, I will never go anywhere else for vehicle maintenance and repairs. The waiting area for the shop is bright, clean...kinda felt like I was at a fancy jeweler store, and as silly as it may seem, on this day, I needed some feel-good and throughout the waiting area are motivational and inspiring messages.I wish I could give 100 stars, but it will only let me give 5. “This business and workers are truly honest! I've done business here before but this right here problem I had a dishonest mechanic would have jumped all over this and claim I had major issues when I didnt!! I put a new fuse in my car and for whatever reason my car wouldnt turn on after that not only they asked their guy to tow me at a very low charge but looked at my vehicle to see why it won't start...my fuse box came disconnected ..how? I have no idea maybe it was to shout for this business!!! Good honest people here. Grand Prairie will be highly appreciative of this GP is good city need to get rid of the crooks! Thanks yal?”

After being ripped off by another garage Jessie took the time to elaborate on what multiple items it could be- ordered parts a head of time just in case (he’d just send back if not needed on the back end) His guys & him did an excellent job and up and beyond on making sure my truck would be fixed correctly & would be safe for me. He’s an old school, no non-sense, professional who takes pride in providing quality work with quality products!! He specifically worked with Jimmy @ Expert Car Audio a few doors down, together they made it a 1-stop stop for me which is critical because I work over the road and am typically strapped on time.
