“I have to say I love coming here since the day I met Brandon. He help choose just the right pants since I’m 4’11 is hard to find flare pants that fit. Yes I did go crazy ordering and returning some since I was trying to find the good fit. But Brandon has been really helpful every step of the way. I feel like I’m shopping with a friend that is helping me choose clothes. I love that he so patience with me through everything. I have been going constantly just because he is there and his great customer service he provides. If he is not in the management there he really needs to. He is has a great attitude every time I go there. I love that he remembers me and he is willing to help every time. I have spoken to my husband about him how attentive and helpful he has been and that I love coming to this particular store just because of him and his great customer service he provides me and all others. Brandon is a great example of what buckle customer service should be at every store. Brandon keep up the great work and I’m so happy to have been able to meet you and I will continue shop there just to see your beautiful smile and personality.”

“Good selection of clothes. Fairly well organized, but almost every rack had sizes out of order. Granted, it was close to closing, so this may not be the usual.There was a situation that the curtain to my fitting room was ripped open by another customer. Luckily I had pants on, but I was not fully comfortable trying in clothes after that. I am pretty sure it was on purpose for some ungodly reason, but the staff and management were very understanding about my concern. I do think this was preventable by not putting curtains for doors in the fitting room, but that isn’t something management can control. Just something H&M should change. I can’t imagine how terrible it would have ended had I not been clothed, or even worse if this happened to a child.”

“I am going to give Kohl’s a 5 only because the cashier- Sandra was so friendly and helpful. I hardly shop in Kohl’s so I am not extremely familiar with all the discounts. My son has moved to his own place so I was buying kitchen and houseware items my total was over $700 but after Sandra applied discounts, my coupons and Kohl’s cash it was a little over $250. I was so happy and my son loves it all.”

“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHICOS. I HAD NEVER BEEN INTO THE STORE AND A NICE YOUNG LADY NAMED SHAWNIE SAW ME AS I WAS LOOKING IN THE WINDOWS AND CAME OUTSIDE OF THE STORE AND INVITED ME IN. SHE EXPLAINED THAT CHICOS CARRIED PLUS SIZES WHICH I DID NOT KNOW SINCE IT IS NOT ADVERTISED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE STORE. SHAWNIE ALSO SHOWED ME SOME VERY BEAUTIFUL PIECES AND SIGNED ME UP SO THAT I CAN RECEIVE CATALOGS AND COUPONS. THE PRODUCT IS VERY NICE AND WELL MADE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE, I ALWAYS VISIT HILLSIDE VILLAGE AND SHOP AT STORES THAT I KNOW CARRY SIZES OF 14. I AM VERY ECSTATIC THAT I HAVE A NEW BOUTIQUE TO SHOP FROM. CHICOS ROCK!”

“Went into the store today to exchange some jeans i ordered online. My mom and I were immediately greeted by Mecca, who was very friendly. As we were shopping Jeremiah saw that i was looking for a certain size jean and came over to assist us. Jeremiah also came to my assistance when I needed to try on my jeans and was very friendly. Mecca checked us out and again was so friendly, knowledgeable and just very personable. All in all my mother and I had a truly wonderful experience at American Eagle Hillside village and will definitely be back again just because of them. Thank you both for having such amazing customer service, something that is hard to come by at other retailers.”

“Store Manager is amazing ! I went in to make an online return that was sent with No receipt, she called the company directly and unfortunately was unable to make the return in store but had them send me a return label so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. As she was helping me she was also helping other customers so there wouldn't be a line and she speaks Spanish too. She goes above and beyond, will be back just because of her.”
