“Very nice place to shop. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was a bit cozy. The isles are quite narrow so you will be bumping into other people a lot. The have a good selection of pretty much everything, dome dry foods and oils as well. I bought many glass jars and the lady at the register packed it so nicely.”
“I had such a great experience with an employee that I went to tell the manager. What a delightful woman, the manager was also a great experience with customer service, friendly , happy, positive and everyone needs a compliment to work with the public. Just as easy to say great things as we always get a manager if we had an unpleasant experience. Try finding that supervisor, if you had a good experience!”

“I was in here to get perfume and saw the cutest shoes. There is an associate Jocelyn in shoes who was absolutely amazing with her customer service. She was not noticeably hovering but extra attentive and nice. Unfortunately, she was working alongside another associate Manisha who made me super uncomfortable to continue shopping. As I was waiting for Jocelyn to return with shoes on display, I browsed the clearance area in which Manisha asked if I needed a size and I mentioned that the shoes were not in the correct places. She thought it was appropriate to address me in a demeaning tone to say “well you are shopping in clearance” (but there is signage, that tells customers what sizes are on the racks). I just ignore her rudeness and continued shopping. I observed her be rude to the associate Jocelyn in front of customers in another rude tone stating “don’t talk to me, I don’t want to talk to you.” Jocelyn politely said okay and proceeded to help

Manage regarding the situation because Jocelyn was extremely professional which was commendable. I would return to shop with Jocelyn. Hopefully Manisha sees this as a growth area so coworkers will feel comfortable as well. Be respectful and kind .”
“Cindy was so helpful & knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back for more input- Went in to match the new Serum foundation. It's worth it! It's 1 of my favorite foundations (especially as my skin matures). MAC makes hits consistently.”
“This is a nice store. The managers are very nice and so are the employees compared to other Walmart stores. It's a clean store with plenty of places to eat around it I prefer this store way over the one on interstate 20.”
“Angel was amazing helping to fit me for a bra. I was so discouraged at first as I was not getting the help I really needed. After wandering aimlessly not knowing what to buy she found me and REALLY listened to my needs. Had she not shown up this would have been a 1 star review. The lady who rang me up was AWFUL didn't offer to sign me up for the rewards and then when I asked after all paid for she told me she could sign me up and I could call Customer Sevice to add my points. When I asked would it had been easier if I enrolled first then she says well do you want to return everything and repurchase???? Uhhh NO I don't. She was very transactional and not relational at all. Angel REALLY made my experience with all the hassle. Thank you Angel!”
“I love Target but Target is taking on some of Walmart's practices. And we know that isn't a compliment! I despise having to check myself out when I'm shopping. During this visit, I had to check myself out and was paying cash. The young lady had to come over once to check my ID for my wine purchase. Then she had to come back to un-jam the machine because my bills were stuck in the cash thing. All of this could be avoided if they would just have cashiers in place to check us out!”

I called back and Ms. Samantha answered the phone. She went to seek out the seasoning that I was trying to purchase and she actually even went to see if they had the seasoning that was so helpful because I was getting the seasoning for someone else I would like to appreciate Miss Samantha and for you guys having someone with such a great heart. “Good experience at the Walmart in Cedar Hill. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff were helpful when needed, and checkout was quick and efficient. A convenient place to stop for everyday essentials.”
“Thank God for Travis in the Deli Department. He was working on something and the lady said she is going on break Several people were are at the Deli counter and Travis looked up and took care all of the customers. You deserve a raise.
