“Don't go anywhere else but here when you need to purchase or have your Stihl equipment serviced. I've been to two other Stihl service centers in the cedar Park area and both were sub par, at best. The front desk staff was very cordial and was also able to actually speak to the mechanic personally, who went out of his way to help me get my stick edger serviced. I found my new small engine repair facility.”

“I just had to write in a review about this particular location, after receiving really wonderful customer service from Grey, the Store Manager, and Roy, the Service Technician. About 2 months ago, I brought in my truck because it had a dead battery. I had been having a horrible time that day trying to get a tow company to my house to tow the car and finally got it up there. Once there, a sales associate in the car center informed me they may not have the additional cable my battery needed to fix the connection issue I was having. Grey, the manager, stepped in and asked for help from Roy, one of his service technicians. They were both able to help me out and got it fixed. They really did a wonderful job in going out of their way to make sure my truck was back and running again. Thank you both so much for the wonderful customer service and for treating me with such kindness and respect. I will most definitely be back to your location and greatly appreciate everything you did. Thank you!”
