“I went to this Leander location after being misled by someone about a bad battery, which ended out not to be the case. Ricky, the fine gentleman working at this site, not only took the time to inspect the battery and its condition before printing out the results, which showed a good battery but a low charge, but he also explained that this could be due to a faulty alternator but can confirm it once the battery has a full charge. I inquired about another concern unrelated to the battery - a strange sound emanating from there. He suggested that it could be a serpentine belt issue, and that it is best to replace them while changing the alternator in older vehicles with high mileage. He also went out of his way to provide an excellent mechanic referral, which ended up saving the day. I'm delighted I went to AutoZone.”
“They are awesome. Someone had hit my WRX door, it was a slight scratch but was a visible one. I was not using insurance and was dreading the cost to fix the scratches. Found Rennan body shop near me using Google search. Stopped by asking for an estimate, the lady came out, asked me wait a few minutes and got Charlie to take a look. Charlie came out looked at it and went back in. He came back with a rag and wiped the scratches off like magic. I asked them how much I owed them and they said we are all good. They are awesome, highly recommended.”
