“I was referred to George from my mechanical car shop. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with George. I had brought my boyfriend's truck into his shop last Monday to get a quote on getting repairs done to the front driver side bumper and side panel as there was damage due to pulling out of a parking spot next to a parking pole. He said he would be able to do the repair and it would be done within a timely manner. He actually had it done before the time that he quoted me which was fantastic and the job was well done! I forgot to take before pictures but I am including the after pictures. I highly recommend George in critical Collision as they have the utmost respect for their clients and they have excellent customer service!”

“Black Diamond Autowerkz took great care of my car. I brought it in with severe hail damage and I got it back looking brand new and detailed to perfection! Mayra and the entire staff were very kind and knowledgeable and kept me updated with the whole process. Top notch customer service from a family owned business. 10/10 recommend if you need any auto bodywork.”

“Send ALL your people to Advance Auto Parts on Broade! Long post but everyone should know how helpful and caring the employees are. After a REALLY bad day yesterday, I stopped to buy something and locked my keys and phone in the car. Wes let me use their phone multiple times to get help, called everyone he knew trying to get my locks popped and let me wait inside out of the heat. I mentioned the problems my husband was having getting his truck looked at and immediately called a mechanic he knew to get it taken care of. After being unable to get a locksmith, Ryan drove home, got his own lock out kit and spent way too long in the afternoon heat to finally get me in my car. We will be customers for life and really hope these guys get some recognition pop and foot traffic!”

“These guys are very honest and forthright. There is an issue with my vehicle after I picked it up and they stood by their workmanship. Figured out the problem and told me they would get it resolved with no additional cost to me which I very much appreciate. The new general manager Brad is a great guy and I really enjoyed working with him.”

“Since I moved in the area 10 years ago this O'reilly's has been a very reliable. Jordan, who left this location for a while but came back, is my go to. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. People like Jordan make the painful buying of parts so much easier. Jordan is top notch and cares, he's why I keep returning. Thank you Jordan”

“My 2022 Camaro was hit while parked, and the other driver's insurance recommended Crash Champions. Working with this shop was an absolute breeze from start to finish. They called immediately to schedule me and got the car in quickly. When I dropped off the car, the rental company picked me up directly from the shop. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and being able to leave the rental car right at Crash Champions when picking up my vehicle made the handoff seamless. Most importantly, the quality of the repair work is fantastic—the Camaro looks good as new!”

“Was at cedar park Toyota yesterday. Duncan waited on me. He answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and really cares. Could not have asked for a better service writer. He deserves a bump in pay or a promotion. He’s the kind of man who can really make a business.”
