“The kind representative called me back after letting me know it would be a moment. While they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for in stock, the rep made sure to keep her promise. It is understandable that they didn’t have the specific vehicle I was looking for due to me being picky and there was a recent hail storm that may cause inventory issues. I’ll be staying within Enterprise for my rental, just will need to call a location that has my “Plan C” in stock. I didn’t catch the reps name nor do I want to assume their gender but I’ll have to assume and say they was female. I feel bad not catching her name but she deserves praise.”
“The staff is so hard working! Eerie helped me with my car rental today. There was a lot of crowd in due to the Memorial Day weekend but the two people managed everything - picking, returns, cleaning! 10/10 to Eerie!
Although, they are SO short staffed. Giving them some support would reduce the frustration the customers have waiting.”
“This will be my seventh time renting from this location. Salem has always been responsive and given me great cars. I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from, but in the six previous times I've rented here, he's always been fantastic: prompt, professional, and courteous. It's also a very easy location to rent from; you can be in and out in a matter of minutes.”
