The prices are high simply because of the convenient location plus supply and demand. Being that The Food Box is one of the closest corner stores to the northern boat launches of Lake Travis with gas; in my opinion this is to be expected considering said circumstances. And I was pleased to see that there was not only water in the windshield washer container, but there was also hand sanitizer that was actually full by the gas pump! The clerk was very nice and greeted me right away with a friendly smile!! I do think they could clean the parking lot and store a little bit better otherwise I would have given them five stars... (but to be completely fair it is the Friday night before New Year's so I'm sure they have been very busy today.)”
