Craig was an excellent salesman and helped me choose a bike I'm happy with. A follow up phone (to a different employee) call a couple of days later to try and obtain a user's manual resulted in my being blown off and a promised return call never happened.

Dropped by after a mechanical, just off a ride. Guys put my bike up in the stand and knocked out the issue on the spot.
