“Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service staff. Repairs were completed on time, replaced parts were offered back, and all is in good order. I highly recommend this store.”
“The service advisor took time to explain the upgrades I was requesting, as well as the cost and time it would take. The service was completed on time and did not exceed the estimate. When I picked up my bike, the sales clerk also helped me to install my cleats at no extra charge.”
“Thank you to Angie for selling us a beautiful Bianchi road bike. Literally weeks away from an Ironman our bike decided to break. Scrambling around, we found PLAYTRI in Round Rock and had the best customer service from Angie. She helped us with the bike fitting and worked with us with logistics as we live in Temple. Thank you to both Angie and Camilo for staying after hours to finalize the purchase and the last minute details.”

“Craig was an excellent salesman and helped me choose a bike I'm happy with. A follow up phone (to a different employee) call a couple of days later to try and obtain a user's manual resulted in my being blown off and a promised return call never happened.”
