United Heritage Credit Union is a helpful and supportive business with amazing, understanding, and patient employees. The lobby has an aesthetic ambiance. While the personal loans department has received criticism for attitude and impatience, the financial service representatives are well-versed, explain everything in detail, and show genuine care and concern for all banking needs. It is a fortunate presence in the Cedar Park, Whitestone, and Round Rock areas.

What a wonderful experience! Brittany was lovely and made setting up our son’s accounts before heading to college completely seamless. The branch manager was so friendly and we feel so supported using UHCU!

Very bad customer service! I'm disabled and I had to wait about 20 minutes just to make deposit into my account. It hurts to keep standing up for that long, it sounds like they're cooking lentils. Their service is getting worse and worse!
