“I have been going to true auto for a number of years! I have also sent my son's there. Unfortunately in this day and age it's hard to find really honest people.
I had my Nissan towed over from Walmart it had a really bad oil leak! When I got it over to true auto they told me it my just be the oil cooler o rings. And if that was the case it would be $400.00 less than worse case. I told them to go ahead and do the work I trusted them. They could have told me that they had to do more and charged me I had already given them the ok!

“I really had written dealerships off completely. I have had so many negative experiences that I just had no faith left in them. The only reason I ended up at Stark was sheer necessity as it's near to my house. Please hear me on this, these are truly just good people. I'm well aware that I am a bit mousey and that usually when I walk into a dealership they already see sucker written across my forehead and will tend to talk a big game then send me off in a POS because they know they can get away with it. That was not my experience with this dealership. They were extremely transparent about things I would not even think to ask. And asked the thoughtful question regarding if the vehicle I was leaning towards would best fit my needs as I stated that I would be driving a lot and gas was an issue.. even though that vehicle I speak of was more expensive then the other more fuel efficient one that I had my eye on. I was never pressured nor rushed. They took the time to make sure the vehicle I was interested in would give me everything that I needed and I when I left I was just so happy because I KNOW I got a good deal and a very reliable, smooth running vehicle. This is the first time I left a dealership and I did not feel like I was just taking advantage of. They really are solid people and I would gladly refer the dearest of friends to them and even trust my children to one day drive their vehicles.”
