“Jeff is straight up the most honest care sales person I have ever worked with. We agreed to a price for a company van and I was going to come by the next day to do a test drive and purchase the van. Jeff called me that morning and said that he test drove the van ahead of our meeting and did not like how the transmission was acting so he took it to the service department and they were able to reproduce the issue so he is pulling the van from the lot and not going to sell it until the issue can be resolved. Although I did not get the van we wanted, I am extremely impressed Jeff not only did the pre-inspection before I got there, but also found an issue and then called me and told me about it. Although we were not able to make a deal today because of this, I wanted to share my experience and how Jeff saved us from possibly buying a van with an issue. Thank you for being amazingly honest.”
