“I must admit, I’m a bit skeptical of smaller used car dealerships but I also have found some hidden gems in my day. When I first met Jose he seemed like a good guy. I told him I wanted to spend about 20 minutes looking the truck over, inside and out, underneath, and I also wanted to hook up my scanning tool to it to check for error codes and anything else that could be wrong. He was totally cool with it. After I was done I told him about a couple of small things I found, he then proceeded to point out something I completely missed.. I knew then that he was a pretty honest guy. I bought the truck months ago but wanted to run it for a while before I wrote my review. Truck was really clean, runs great, and I couldn’t be more happy! One of my best buying experiences I’ve had!”

He got me a 26 elevation we got in took it for a test drive and I was sold. We came back did some paperwork and I left happy with my new 2026 GMC elevation truck. “I had an amazing experience with Javis Auto Sales in Austin. After taking my 2023 Kia Rio to the South Austin Kia dealership for a routine service, my AC suddenly stopped working just two days later. I’m not necessarily blaming the dealership, but the timing was strange — and when I went back to them, they told me the repair would cost thousands of dollars and could take months and that i’d have to file it through the insurance.. As a college student who doesn’t even live in Austin, that simply wasn’t an option.
I went to Javis because my dad always takes his car there and his work vehicles there. They looked at my car right away, figured out the problem, and had it fixed in just one day and less than two hours if i might add. and for less than half of what the dealership quoted me. Their honesty and efficiency honestly blew me away. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping me instead of trying to upsell or scare me into a repair.
