Worst experience ever. Very friendly, but after I told him I didn’t want the plans they added to my new phone. Guy gets upset and didn’t help me set up my phone and didn’t guide me to my supposedly new account withe them. In mumbles saying that I wasn’t saving money.

I am very happy with my experience at this Verizon store( beware there are T-Mobile stores advertising as Verizon, they are not the same!!) I had Caleb the new manager at this location. He was awesome. He helped me quickly, and effortlessly with my new screen saver. I highly recommend seeking him out at this Verizon store!!
