However, this metro pcs location was amazing! Erika welcomed me and my wife with open arms, she was able to find me not only the perfect phone for my needs, but also added like 4 upgrades including a car charger, power bank, screen protector, case, watch bands and a specialized wall charger for 3 devices WITHOUT ANY additional charge!!!! ? “Reagan at this Verizon on Bell Rd and Whitestone Blvd is THE BEST.
We had a really tricky transition from T-mobile and long account setup to get through. BUT Reagan and all the staff were super helpful and patient with us the entire way through. They gave us a great deal and we walked away with new phones to boot.
Overall we had an awesome experience at this Verizon store, and this guy’s the MVP!”

“Took a s25 internally damaged phone to them. Jon was nice to help. Found out that they take apart, replace one part and put the phone back together. Seeing if it works and repeat the process until they find the damage part. Picked up to the phone knowing the motherboard was the corporate. The back got damaged so the owner Sertac aka Seth would order a new one. Seth still determined to get that phone to work. Came in to pick up the phone with no avail. Seth did everything he could to make the phone work and upgraded the adhesive to the phones back. All this for 1/5 of $100. Amazing! Thank you Cell Doctor Sertac Seth and Jon for all your help”
