“I had such a wonderful experience at CVS thanks to LAUREN who went above and beyond to help me find the products I was looking for. She was incredibly personable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. We ended up talking, laughing, and having such a great conversation that I honestly forgot I was even in CVS! Her positive attitude and warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable—and, honestly, I ended up buying more things because I was having such a good time. Employees like her make a real difference. She deserves recognition for making a simple shopping trip feel fun and memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”

“precious the cashier lady was an absolute sweetheart and was so kind to every person in line. She said the best thing I’ve heard in a while that she shows love to anyone she meets because she doesn’t know if they get love at home. We need more people like her in the world. She’s kicking butt!”
