They add the cheese and finish heating the taco before adding the carne asada meat. It was delicious!I also ordered a chicken and bacon taco which was prepared the same as my first.. the bacon is delicious but didn't dominate the flavor of the fajita marinated chicken. you can't go wrong with this taco!Finally I ordered a cup of Elotes, but was not expecting the size of the cup. It seems to be more like 15 ounces and the cup was filled to the top. Great flavor, perfect ratio of cheese, butter, hot sauce and even topped with crushed flaming hot Cheetos. Loved it, and will order again!Bottom line, the price is right, the food is great and this food truck is worth your time. ** note they are actually a food trailer and parked underneath the awning of the Exxon (north west corner)”
