Please consider moving or adding another dedicated ATM to the outside drive thru lanes.
The current configuration at the WW White & 410 Access Road locations is beyond not thought out.
ATM users have no idea how long the transaction is going to take if you get behind someone using the teller.
ATM's are a convenience not a source of frustration.
I got trapped on WW White for 14 minutes.
Couldn't believe the person behind me was willing to wait that long...must have had no where to be!”
“The staff is very friendly accommodating. We went saturday before they closed. The only issue.. Is why did they put motor drive ATM with the teller water. Wish it was alone to get through faster. I have been customer since 1999.”
