“This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! The customer service and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. I’ve never been treated so well by any company. Thank you so much!!!”
“My TPMS lights came on this morning on my way to work. I called their shop and they immediately answered. They were able to help within 5-10 minutes when I pulled up and everyone was so professional and very helpful. Also their office is so clean and smells really good. I definitely recommend their service and all staff were amazing. I also got a free coffee this morning. Because of them I was able to make it to work on time and I got a free hot coffee. Will be coming back to this location to get my maintenance done for my 2022 Mazda. Highly recommend this business.”

“Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.”

“I literally live within walking distance from Christian Brothers Automotive Schertz and have never stop in to get service and I wish I had sooner. I had an appointment with the dealership to replace the low beam headlight bulb and after being quoted $90 for a diagnostic, that I did not need, and another $100+ for the bulb and labor, needless to say I walked out disgusted and disappointed. After trying to replace it myself I decided to stop by CB to way my options. I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk which started things off great. As I was talking to the gentleman at the front desk, Jeff came from the office and offered assistance. He went outside looked at my vehicle after I told him I needed a headlight bulb. Took it to the bay right away and 5 minutes later both of my front headlights were changed out. God is sooooo God!!! Thank You Christain Brothers!!! Keep letting God use you in a mighty way. I will be a future customer from now on.”

“I took my 2018 Camaro to Chevy where they charge me for a diagnostic and Diagnosed My car is wrong and we’re unable to help me so then I took it to automotive electronics Were they were actually able to figure out what was wrong with my car and lead me to the next steps on what to do both the father and son were very professional and polite and stayed after hours just to make my life easier 10/10 recommend this place and will be coming back!”
“In December I took a trip from Austin to San Antonio. The plan was to go see Trans-Siberian Orchestra but instead I got an opportunity to meet up with James, the Owner of Exotic Motors. He was recommended by my road side assistance after my vehicle overheated and locked up. He was about to close up for the day when I called but instead stayed open, accepted my Jeep in his full lot, and got straight to work on it. He figured out what the issue was, ordered the part, had it delivered, and fixed my vehicle in under an hour and a half. I was so thankful for his willingness to help me, explain the issue, get repairs done quickly and efficiently, and his skill level in his field of work. I highly recommend James' shop to anyone needing service to their vehicle.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Southern Tire Mart in Schertz. On my way to work, I discovered my car battery was dead. I managed to get a ride to work, but I was stressed about how I’d be able to run errands afterward. I called the Schertz location to explain my situation, and that’s when I spoke with Ramnses, and he truly went above and beyond.
Ramnses was incredibly kind, understanding, and solution-oriented. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and offered a creative and convenient solution. He said he could send a technician to pick up my car keys at my workplace, then go to my nearby apartment to replace the battery. That flexibility made all the difference for me.
Ramnses really stood out. He treated my situation like it mattered and made sure I was taken care of without adding stress to my day. Aiden, the technician who changed my battery, was also great, very professional and efficient.

“I love coming here no matter the problem big or small these guys always come thru there hard work and dedication to there craft is unmatched. I came in for a question cause I’m not a mechanic and know nothing about fixing cars they are a tire and muffler mechanic shop but still helped me out with my window not rolling up changed my brake pads and rotors for a affordable price. They are super respectable and awesome highly recommended shop they deserve 10 stars thank you guys for all that y'all do!!”
