They were able to help within 5-10 minutes when I pulled up and everyone was so professional and very helpful. Also their office is so clean and smells really good. I definitely recommend their service and all staff were amazing. I also got a free coffee this morning. Because of them I was able to make it to work on time and I got a free hot coffee. Will be coming back to this location to get my maintenance done for my 2022 Mazda. Highly recommend this business.”
“Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.”

“I literally live within walking distance from Christian Brothers Automotive Schertz and have never stop in to get service and I wish I had sooner. I had an appointment with the dealership to replace the low beam headlight bulb and after being quoted $90 for a diagnostic, that I did not need, and another $100+ for the bulb and labor, needless to say I walked out disgusted and disappointed. After trying to replace it myself I decided to stop by CB to way my options. I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk which started things off great. As I was talking to the gentleman at the front desk, Jeff came from the office and offered assistance. He went outside looked at my vehicle after I told him I needed a headlight bulb. Took it to the bay right away and 5 minutes later both of my front headlights were changed out. God is sooooo God!!! Thank You Christain Brothers!!! Keep letting God use you in a mighty way. I will be a future customer from now on.”

“In December I took a trip from Austin to San Antonio. The plan was to go see Trans-Siberian Orchestra but instead I got an opportunity to meet up with James, the Owner of Exotic Motors. He was recommended by my road side assistance after my vehicle overheated and locked up. He was about to close up for the day when I called but instead stayed open, accepted my Jeep in his full lot, and got straight to work on it. He figured out what the issue was, ordered the part, had it delivered, and fixed my vehicle in under an hour and a half. I was so thankful for his willingness to help me, explain the issue, get repairs done quickly and efficiently, and his skill level in his field of work. I highly recommend James' shop to anyone needing service to their vehicle.”
“They have amsoil and it costs just a little more than buying the oil and filter and doing it myself. Only thing is they are only open till 5. Other than that the guys are friendly and quick usually takes about 10-15 min.”

“My car was making a strange noise that would happen and then go away. I was starting to think it was my imagination. I went to Main Street Garage and a nice gentleman (so sorry I forgot his name.. maybe Steve) rode around the block with me and listened to the sound firsthand. I was actually praying it would make the sound and not make me look crazy. The technicians worked on my car and have it riding like I remember when I first purchased it. Tony texted me with updates about what was happening with my vehicle and got my approval for things that needed to be done. Even when it wasn't something I wanted to hear, I had no doubt that they had my best interest at heart. From trying one part brand to another, I feel confident that they did right by me. Many thanks to Main Street Garage for making me feel safe in my vehicle again.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Southern Tire Mart in Schertz. On my way to work, I discovered my car battery was dead. I managed to get a ride to work, but I was stressed about how I’d be able to run errands afterward. I called the Schertz location to explain my situation, and that’s when I spoke with Ramnses, and he truly went above and beyond.
Ramnses was incredibly kind, understanding, and solution-oriented. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and offered a creative and convenient solution. He said he could send a technician to pick up my car keys at my workplace, then go to my nearby apartment to replace the battery. That flexibility made all the difference for me.
Ramnses really stood out. He treated my situation like it mattered and made sure I was taken care of without adding stress to my day. Aiden, the technician who changed my battery, was also great, very professional and efficient.

“A screw went through the sidewalk of tire on my RV. Ok didn't have an air tank or 2 ton jack. I went to the shop and asked for a tank. They didn't have one. I'm asked if I'm could borrow a jack to take tire off. They loaded the jack in my truck so I could get tire off. No deposit or anything.
I'm reassured them that I would return. They didn't have a problem trusting me. Awesome folks!
I ended up having to buy a new tire because mine was unrepairable.”
