The service team is equally impressive. The mechanics are knowledgeable, experienced, and know their way around diagnosing and repairing vehicles. I’ve always felt confident that my vehicle was being properly cared for and that recommendations were honest and well-explained.”

“I love coming here no matter the problem big or small these guys always come thru there hard work and dedication to there craft is unmatched. I came in for a question cause I’m not a mechanic and know nothing about fixing cars they are a tire and muffler mechanic shop but still helped me out with my window not rolling up changed my brake pads and rotors for a affordable price. “This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! “Went to 4 different tire shops in town to find a 17 inch tire for our Yukon ..... Victors tire shop was the best price for a great used tire $50 , that included tire replacement and mounting. But here comes the best part . When he was done I took out my debit card and he said sorry ..... Cash only . He explained why he can't accept credit cards , he said go get the money and pay me when you get back . What other place does that ??? Went to a store got cash and went back to pay him , we even bought him a coke . Great friendly service !!!!!! Great guy”
“Extremely pleased with the service these guys provide. I have a dually running 35’s and they were able to get me in and out in ~30 mins. Tires removed, new ones mounted and balanced with TPMS installed and put back on the truck extremely quickly and with zero issues. Fair pricing and quality service. If you’re near the New Braunfels area, I highly recommend”

“I recently moved from Tennessee..to Texas have been a customer for over 15yrs. Always good service.. but I noticed that the Discount tire stores in Tx. Don’t offer their customers water, or coffee while they wait etc. I
My personal option that that the least they can do especially when you are spending thousands of dollars on tires and rims, etc. l”
“I had a blowout tire that I had to get replaced—Thankfully I purchased the warranty when I first purchased my tires cause I was advised that another of my tires needed to be replaced as well.
Blake helped me out and was very knowledgeable and thorough with all of the information he gave me, and advising me of the perks of getting the warranty on the 2 new tires as well (which was only $35).
I was immediately welcomed and greeted upon entering the store, and everybody who works here (I personally saw James, Jarin and Devin in the store) genuinely seem like they love their jobs, and love helping their customers.”

“I have taken awhile to review Sgt. Clutch, service was over the summer, and I was testing out my vehicle over a month to see how it runs. I have had ongoing issues with my left side strut, alignment and other issues. They are so thorough, detailed and professional. I so highly recommend! They were the only repair shop that literally saved my car, she runs beautifully with no issues! Any questions I had they found an answer as well as diagnostics to resolve or at least find a solution to give me peace of mind. “I can’t say enough good things about the Southern Tire Mart in Schertz. On my way to work, I discovered my car battery was dead. I managed to get a ride to work, but I was stressed about how I’d be able to run errands afterward. I called the Schertz location to explain my situation, and that’s when I spoke with Ramnses, and he truly went above and beyond.
Ramnses was incredibly kind, understanding, and solution-oriented. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and offered a creative and convenient solution. He said he could send a technician to pick up my car keys at my workplace, then go to my nearby apartment to replace the battery. That flexibility made all the difference for me.
Ramnses really stood out. He treated my situation like it mattered and made sure I was taken care of without adding stress to my day. Aiden, the technician who changed my battery, was also great, very professional and efficient.

“I recently found a receipt from this place and had forgotten that I had my car inspected for $9. I was so happy to find an auto shop that was not taking advantage of people and charging $25 and up for inspections, as is the official inspection station in universal City. Will definitely do business here again. The service was expedient and professional, the people who work here were friendly.”
