She let me work at my own pace when going through the loan process and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision I would regret. I'm so glad I was referred to Marianne because the other Banks I worked with were either too pushy desperate for a sale or as another Bank never could answer my questions. Marianne helped me by offering clarity and giving me advise when I wasn't sure about something. I have not had this type of service when working with a large purchase as a home loan and I can say I picked the right Bank and NO buyers remorse experience. Thank you Marianne! I don't remember names after calling them so much- you think I would- Well they offered the same Bomb customer service even when Marianne was not available. “Although this is a smaller branch with limited staff, the team is very friendly, attentive, and professional. They speak gently and respectfully with elderly customers, and they are patient and courteous when assisting international customers.
That said, the downside of being a small branch with fewer employees is that wait times can be longer during busy hours, especially when handling more complex requests.
The branch is also nicely decorated, reflecting the history of the Cibolo area while still maintaining the recognizable Wells Fargo style and branding.”
