It is quite busy and you do need to do some paperwork wich can be done on line. It is important to know that you must schedule a appointment before you go in. Just call and they can set you up. “Carly was very courteous and helpful, she is the reason for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️RBFCU the bank however is another story they seem to of done nothing but handcuff Carly so that she had to ask ridiculous questions for something that seemed so very clearly printed on a power of attorney that I was using to get a bank account opened I spent three days down there and they still couldn’t give me an answer. I’m sure they were a good bank for most things but when it comes to this part if you need anything extra it just seems like they kind of dropped the ball. But the staff was awesome it’s just an inside thing I guess”
