He had me in and out quickly. This is my favorite enterprise location to rent from. The property was well maintained, and the car was fabulous and clean. Sam deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. I can tell he loves his job and strives to ensure that his customers are 100% satisfied with their visit. Even while he was helping me, anyone that walked thru the door got the same smile and greeting and told that he would be right with them so they felt acknowledged. “These people are by far the easiest and best priced rental car company to work with. They get me in and out of there anytime I need to rent a car, if I need to keep the car longer than expected, it is a simple phone call that takes less than a minute and their pricing is better than all the other car rental companies easily. Even Turo for a comparable car. It is odd they are in WalMart, but honestly you are in and out of there so quickly, it is worth it. Keep up the good work New Braunfels Location Budget!”

“I've been renting cars from Hertz since 1967. I rented a large vehicle since we needed room for luggage. The vehicle was fantastic and we had no problems whatsoever with it When I picked up the vehicle in Philadelphia, the attendant asked me for my work ID And she said that I needed to have it in order to get the discount that was on my paperwork. No one has ever asked me for my work ID in the past I don't carry my work ID with me, and I felt a little uncomfortable with her attitude concerning that. Otherwise, the remainder of employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.”

“Unfortunately they hit my car so, i had to rent a car in the mean while.Waitting for my car to get repair.What a great experience getting a rental dream car. MACH-e is the right one to enjoy for the last 3 weeks. Sadly i had to return it.
