“These people are by far the easiest and best priced rental car company to work with. They get me in and out of there anytime I need to rent a car, if I need to keep the car longer than expected, it is a simple phone call that takes less than a minute and their pricing is better than all the other car rental companies easily. Even Turo for a comparable car. It is odd they are in WalMart, but honestly you are in and out of there so quickly, it is worth it. Keep up the good work New Braunfels Location Budget!”

“This was my first experience with budget. Because of my life and work, I have moved MANY times all over the country. I used UHAUL everytime. It was my go to. This time price was critical. Budget certainly was able to keep me within ours!!! UHAUL seems to be comfortable raising prices during hard times. Budget was fair from the beginning. Then when I got to the pick up location I was greeted by the friendliest, most knowledgeable and genuinely interested staff. They were fast and professional. They knew what they were doing. They were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure our transaction was good and complete. I am a new fan of Budget. I thank you ladies at this location for being so great to work with.”

“The lovely employee behind the counter named Ollie gave us such a wonderful experience. My husband and I had purchased two separate showers and we both had such a wonderful shower experience! The woman running the showers was also so charismatic, and she made us feel at home. They gave us towels Incase we didn’t have any and the water pressure was surprisingly really good for a public shower !! The shower was also cleaned before and after we went in. Overall, great experience and definitely would come again !! Thanks !!”
