“I broke down in San Antonio with a major coolant leak. After calling around, Lone Star worked me into their busy schedule. I was happy to talk to an actual person and not a recording. Unfortunately, I broke down near Austin because the mechanic failed to torque the driveshaft to specs. Lone Star acknowledged the error and paid to have my truck towed back to their shop. They repaired my truck and trailer and had me on my way at the end of the day. I recommend Lone Star because they are honest and stand behind their work!”

“I’ve used this location, probably 4 to 5 times. The online reservation is super easy to use. I go inside to pick up and always efficient and courteous. On the weekend is usually pretty busy if you choose to go inside to pick up so be prepared to wait a little bit. Hard workers. Drop off even easier.”
