“I’ve recently started working with the Pro Desk at Home Depot in Clear Lake Shores for several Katy Home Pro projects, and I want to recognize the team there.
Scott Brumfield has been extremely helpful with material sourcing, pricing, and helping me coordinate my projects. I also worked with several of the younger members of the Pro Desk team yesterday on a flooring order that turned out to be more complicated than expected. They stayed with it, worked through the system, asked questions when needed, and did everything they could to get my order completed.
As a contractor, I appreciate people who make the effort to solve problems instead of passing them along to someone else. The entire team was professional, patient, and helpful.
I look forward to continuing to work with Scott and the Clear Lake Shores Pro Desk as Katy Home Pro grows.
