“I went to The Home Depot to get lumber and needed it cut. A gentleman named Sam who worked in the lumber department had such a positive attitude, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right material for the job. It's hard workers like that that keep you going back.”

“Curbside pickup, using the Home Depot app- the associates have incredible response time! Angel was ready to drop off my items. Management request- only four designated pickup spots makes it hard when they are all taken. I had to be dropped off in the median to wait to apprehend my order during ‘curbside pickup’; otherwise, how do you designate a pickup local when there are none ?”
“Purchased a phone and was told the geek squad could set it up but didn't state it would be a fee. After waiting over 40 minutes for assistance at Geek Squad, it when I was informed of the fee for the assistance. The sales rep was polite and helpful.”

“I recommend Home Depot but not today. Especially if you are wanting paint don’t come today. Employees did not acknowledge you that they will be with you in a moment. They either walked around, talked to each other or were busy on their phone. Would be nice an acknowledgment that’s all I ask. Don’t ignore use especially if I’m spending over $250 in just one stop. Not good for business. Yes and I was petty enough to video them.”
