“Fantastic build! Like, actually fantastic as in fantasy like. We absolutely love our pool! It was built well, and what little has occurred after the build (a light went out, the bridge got warped by wet summer) they've covered under warranty efficiently and thoroughly. The price we paid is reflected in the build quality and service. The timeline was reasonable and generally kept to (every big project gets schedule adjustments, it was all within expected limits). We were happy they took the time to do it right rather than rush to meet a timeline.Justin runs an amazing build. The pricing was very on par with similar offerings from other bids, but the high quality we got for the price was a huge relief! You never know what you are going to get with contractors until you've already paid in a lot, so we are glad this company fully earned the trust we gave.In a nutshell: Gorgeous high quality pool. “We shopped for several months for a quality outdoor couch and swivel chair. Looking at the big box home supply stores, all they had seemed rather low quality. We finally settled on a chair/couch set from Rooms-to-Go or Chair King. Though the sets at both stores were very similar, we really liked the set (and color) at Chair King better but it was more expensive so I was willing to settle for the set at Rooms-to-Go based on cost. After talking to the fine folks at Chair King, they were able to price match and we purchased the set from Chair King. We did feel that Wes and his manager (forgot her name) were very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, what we selected was not in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks but the set was delivered on the date originally stated. The delivery guys were nice and they unwrapped the cushions and place the chair/couch set where we wanted on our patio.”

“Very glad I found this retail store , yesterday Sunday afternoon went to go pick up the 93 boxes of vinyl I purchased and some tile . Was definitely going to pay twice the money at the other tile stores.
Did not get exactly the 93 boxes of vinyl , I miss calculated my home square footage.

“If you are in the market for furniture and considering another store, do yourself a favor stop looking now. The customer service and quality here can’t really be beat in my opinion. They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic.
We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in today’s world when it comes to customer service.
I whole heartedly recommend shopping here without hesitation and want to say thanks to that entire team.”

“They gave me a great deal on a bed and the base which I remember the base had a great warranty and I'm pretty sure it was a lifetime warranty but I do have a question if the owner reads these reviews I needed to see about how I would use that warranty due to the fact that I had a few of the bars that are detached from the base and sticking down towards the floor but still attached from one side just due to normal wear and tear. But other than that the staff the delivery personnel everyone was great and friendly and I will always use them before looking elsewhere. If you want a great price great service and great people this is the place to choose”
