Knowing nothing about mattresses, I was interested in trying out the types of mattresses to see which ones were comfortable for me. I can be indecisive, so I was very appreciative of Marvy's patience and knowledge of the products. She is very friendly. She's the kind of sales person that helps guide you in the right direction, without pushing you or rushing you in any manner. Ultimately, my mother and I came to try out mattresses, and left with two new mattresses and we have since been happy. My only regret is not writing this review sooner. She showed us 2 comparable options to confirm her first instinct (yep), and it was $800 cheaper than the one mom THOUGHT she should want. Thank you Ingrid! Ingrid's integrity, knowledge, positive attitude and delightful service put a spring in our step during a burdensome move. Oh, and she somehow got mom to agree to an adjustable frame--which mom was adamant she "did not want under any circumstances" the day before, after I asked her to get one for herself as a favor to me. Ingrid is a treasure, and I highly recommend her service.”

However, when I walked in to this Mattress Firm located at I-10 & Yale I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Jonathan, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding to my needs. I explained to him what I needed, and he explained to me the difference between one mattress and the rest. He was not your typical sales person, he was very welcoming.
