“Aurora Was amazing! She literally took time to go over a promotion for me to switch from T-Mobile to cricket. I had an old iPhone 11 and with this promotion I was able to get the iPhone 16E(3 to be exact) for an amazing deal. I had initially went to the location on el dorado but they were trying to charge me 3x more than what I was expecting with no real reason. I left immediately and came to the bacliff location. With this deal I went from $268 a month with T-Mobile to $110 a month with cricket. Extremely happy and satisfied with the process and switching over. Don’t hesitate to go if you’ve been thinking of it and ask for Aurora!”

When I first upgraded my phone last month crystal their manager was amazing, helpful and even reminded me that I can get a work discount, and the other girl that helped me last week (we were on the phone for over an hour) and Chris went above and beyond even when they were about to close.
