“I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and as with any vehicle, especially as they age, things pop up. We moved to Cleveland last year, and I’ve already been in their service department +/-5 times. Every single time, everyone has been absolute rockstars. I went in yesterday for what turned out to be a dying battery and dirty terminals. I tried to start it and the dash lit up like a dang Christmas tree, so I was expecting the worst. I immediately called Heather, who told me to go ahead and bring it in but it would be Monday before they could get to it - which I expected to hear on a Friday afternoon. When I arrived, Heather immediately jumped on running diagnostics and determined it was the battery (WHEW!!!) and somehow managed to get a tech to squeeze in changing it out and cleaning up the terminals. When I say I could have cried… goodness! This crew is consistent, professional, and friendly - and they don’t try to charge for the unnecessary or dupe someone who doesn’t know a whole heck of a lot about cars. For all of it, I am thankful beyond words.”
