“Stefano was amazing!I went to get my car safety test at a different place down the street and they had like five people in line and said was going to be about 40 minutes!Considering I work three different jobs and my time is extremely tight I went down the street and seen Hot City Automotive. I gave them a call to see if there was a wait.The individual who answered the phone was polite and said I could come in immediately! ?This definitely made my day. I pulled in and went to the office.They got my car in immediately??!They got it tested and back to me very fast!My car passed.I was back to work before you knew it. Which saved me a lot of time and money.There was a slight glitch where the testing machine was not connected to the government site. I was having some issues trying to renew my plates online. My first review was 2 stars.And....Stefano responded to my review almost immediately. I wrote this at nearly 10 at night. He not only responded immediately to my review he followed up with a phone call the following day (today)to ensure to let me know that the system was corrected and all of the admissions were updated to the state.He waited on the phone until after I was able to register my car online before we hung up.The issue was no fault of Hot City Automotive. It was just simply an issue with the machine that they immediately took care of as soon as they were notified. The only thing that I wish would have happened is when I did call back and let the front clerk know about the testing not being online that they would have investigated a little bit quicker. That would have prevented my negative review.Fortunes are always in the follow-up! ?I highly recommend Hot City Automotive..... they truly take your comments seriously and they follow up with you if you are not completely satisfied.”

“I just sprayed my Bedliner in my truck at Texan Truck Outfitters I love it in and out in the same day James showed me the difference in bedcovers I never knew bak flip MX4 bedcovers has a Styrofoam insert in the panels and pointed out why do they put a drip rail to catch the water if the cover doesn't leak I'm glad I didn't get a MX4 I did get the lomax bedcover and another customer came in that just had a lomax installed and he told me how he loved it and that he was a bak flip guy before James showed him the way ? ? ? I will be coming back for more...”

“My friend and I came up to O’Reillys tonight shortly before they closed because my car wouldn’t start and I wanted to get my battery tested to figure out the issue. We originally went to AutoZone and were immediately greeted with an attitude and were told to go “bat our pretty eyelashes” at the people at O’Reillys because it was a battery purchased at their store (which I didn’t even know). When we walked in, we were super kindly greeted by Chris. She was so extremely nice and helpful. I had no idea what to even do or ask because I don’t know a thing about cars. She had one of her associates Drew attempt to test my battery while she looked up my warranty. Drew was super quick about testing it and attempting to figure out what was wrong. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new battery so Chris took care of the warranty for me and got me a brand new one, all in less than 10 minutes. I will now only come to O’Reillys because of the amazing customer service I received from both Chris and Drew And to top it off, drew even helped me carry my new battery out to my car. Thank you guys for being so helpful especially so close to closing time”
