“I went to Autozone on West Davis in Conroe Tx. Store #6374 looking parts for my car that was manufactured for only one year. Melissa was doing her best to try and find the parts I needed but was having no luck so I left. The next day Melissa called me and said after doing some more research that she had found the parts that I needed. Melissa is an outstanding person, she will go out of her way to make sure her customers are well taken care of and I proof of that. I think AutoZone HQ should take a page from Melissa book and impose all of her customer care into all of their personnel from top to bottom. Now I'm not saying I had any bad experience with any AutoZone in the pass but I've never had this excellent of an experience until now with AutoZone. And I can promise you If Melissa gets moved somewhere else I will take my business to the store she's at. I really hope AutoZone steps up to the plate and realized what a valuable employee they have. “The team here, especially Jeff, is super nice and helpful. My car was brand new and the broken part was delayed by manufacture. Yet, Jeff called my insurance to follow up frequently to figure out other options for it. He also looked for matching part tirelessly and even checked in with national wide dealerships to find out what the root cause is. He kept pushing his vendor to make sure my part shipped to the US as soon as it is available. “I stopped in to check prices about having a tow plug hookup installed on my van. George helped me. He explained my options and prices. He ordered my part and scheduled me to come in the next morning. They had my plug install quickly.
They also alerted me to the fact that my trailer hitch ball was loose. It was not the right size ball for my hitch. They were observant and went the extra mile to make sure I would be safe on the road. I greatly appreciated their diligents and that they looked out for my best interest and safety..
The price for the installation was very fair. George knows his business and he and his employees are professionals. You can trust them and they do excellent work.”
“Pressed the pre-qualification button for the bike I wanted on the website Sunday night. Four business days later I'm puttin' the registration sticker on the plate and on the road with it! “Everyone is nice and helpful every time I've been in. The only thing I'd like to suggest is being open past 3pm on Saturdays and being open on Sundays. These are the hours that people are doing diy projects and home improvements. Most weekends I end up having to drive into Conroe to Home Depot or Lowe's to find what I need even though J&B is just down the street from me.”

“Second time using All Star for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, and both visits have been excellent.
On my first visit about a year ago, I went in for a brake job, oil change, and state inspection. They gave me clear, upfront pricing, which I approved. Once they started the work, they found the front brakes still had plenty of life left, so they only replaced the rear brakes—saving me money. They also pointed out a rear axle seal leak and were honest about the fact that they don’t service that repair.
On my second visit, I came in for an oil change, O2 sensor replacement, inspection, and a front brake check. They called me as soon as the Jeep was on the rack to confirm pricing and timing. The only item they couldn’t complete was the inspection, since the Jeep needed to run through a couple of drive cycles to clear the O2 sensor code before emissions testing.
All Star is a great independent shop—honest, communicative, and consistently delivering quality work at fair prices. Given the current state of many dealership service departments, it’s refreshing to have a reliable local option.”
