Its was a relaxed environment. They told me to go to a location and get a test they don't test for or fix cause they figured it was the issue. Sure enough it was. I went back to them and told them thank you on my way home and how they change a day of seeing stress preterm to and positive day beside having to get something on my car fixed. Any other issues with my car I will taking it here. You never leave without upstanding what they are talking about, how you car functions good or bad and if they can't help you they help by letting you know who can. “FaithFamilyFootball, not sure what happened in your situation but this place was well above and beyond most that I've dealt with the past 7 yrs doing OTR Long Haul, Loves across the street was going to charge me $250 more and I would have to wait 3-4 hrs. I just so happen to walk across the street but it was almost 9 and they were closing, but the young man said "Well what's the problem and we proceeded to go look at the wheel on my semi trailer rear outside driverside had caught the lip in a tight Uturn down here in Texas ( iykyk ) 18 wheelers are allowed but tight, so my wheel was damaged and tire was still good, so Ray Vargas the man working whom had just finished another job as I was waiting, he said give me 10minutes to finish with this customer and I will take care of you! So for $200 this man replaced my aluminum wheel with a steel wheel practically new changed the tire from one to the other and even took my inside wheel off and put the steel one on inside so the aluminum wheel would be outside. Took him 35 mins and I was back on the road !!! Great respectful man, btw he's only 18 and all I can say his parents have to be very proud of him or rather the individuals who have raised this guy up , did a great job and I truly salute you!!! So I highly recommend F&G Tire Repair to any and all in the Cleveland, Texas area , great lil company with Big Heart! Thank you again Ray Vargas!”
