“Well this morning it was 35 degrees and I had a bad battery. So I drove up to AutoZone and the guys there within minutes went to check my truck. The guy named Jose plugged up the scanner to my truck. Jose told me I'll be right. Pull up my name in the computer I still have warranty on the battery he bust out the tools took the battery out put the new one in. “Originally went to Auto Zone (due to my customer being an AZ fan, but I've always been an O'Reilly fan!) to pick up an alternator. When I pulled it out of the box (while still in store) I noticed the wires were burnt and the part was bad. It was $164, 1 yr warranty. They had another one available for $244 with Lifetime warranty but my customer didn't want to spend the extra money. Went across the street to O'Reillys. They only had the expensive one in stock. The manager gladly PRICE MATCHED it with the $164 one across the street so I could get the job done that day. That is going above and beyond and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why I love O'Reillys!!”
