“Originally went to Auto Zone (due to my customer being an AZ fan, but I've always been an O'Reilly fan!) to pick up an alternator. When I pulled it out of the box (while still in store) I noticed the wires were burnt and the part was bad. It was $164, 1 yr warranty. They had another one available for $244 with Lifetime warranty but my customer didn't want to spend the extra money. Went across the street to O'Reillys. They only had the expensive one in stock. The manager gladly PRICE MATCHED it with the $164 one across the street so I could get the job done that day. That is going above and beyond and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why I love O'Reillys!!”

“Well stocked, CAll before to ensure stock matches online data. Very busy and the staff seems always stressed out. Only 1 or 2 persons actually know the products . There can be a wait to order and pay. Retail pricing is a bit abusive for most everything. Typical auto parts store.”

This store stays very busy and is sometimes hard to get a hold of due to the amount of customers in line. They have always ordered me parts and they have arrived on time.
