Motel 6 Cleveland, TX, offers a basic and affordable stay with some positive aspects. The front desk staff is generally nice and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is appreciated by guests traveling with animals. Some reviews mention that the rooms are somewhat clean and the environment is quiet, especially during holidays. The location off HWY 59 is convenient, close to dining options like El Burrito Mexican Restaurant. However, the building is very old, with poor lighting and outdated beds that are lumpy and can cause slipping. Maintenance and cleaning services are inconsistent; requests for room cleaning may be denied, and only towels and trash are sometimes addressed. The Wi-Fi service is frequently poor and unsuitable for business use, often going out or costing more than advertised. Despite these issues, some long-term guests find the staff friendly and accommodating, highlighting positive interactions. Overall, Motel 6 Cleveland provides a low-cost option with friendly staff but has notable issues with building condition, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi reliability.
Cost effective stay for work. Great service and clean rooms!

Front desk guy was nice. Rooms were enh. Def an old old building. Lighting in room sucked. Wifi kept going out. Reasonably priced paid $79 online for a night & it's pet friendly. 😸😸
