“Neeta is a good person and is doing a great job for the effort she puts in for the hotel. My last time staying here and the bed and air conditioning is superb Walmart taco bell and McDonald's walking distance”

“Our son planned a long weekend getaway for the family. The place was amazing. There were 6 of us. He had gotten a 3 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bath home, that was so nice and comfortable. Waking up to nature everyday, nice hikes, swimming, and fishing. So RELAXING !”

“We had reserved three rooms for family coming in for out of Town for our wedding. Jody and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Our family was very happy and comfortable in the clean and spacious rooms. We thank The Cleveland, Texas, best Western staff for all their attentions and excellent service. They made our wedding guest feel welcomed and cared for.”

“The only downfalls I found was no icemachine and I only found 1 electric outlet beside bed that I can use. So phone and CPAP machine beside bed and fan in bathroom. Other than that the lady that checked us in was amazing. I believe it is Veronica. She was so nice and smiling. She made my check in very easy. Room was clean. No bugs on bed or around on floor.”
