“Best Cheeseburgers ? they have very friendly staff I visit the store about 3 times a week. Just today I went in after 9pm to get snacks and use the restroom so men’s restroom had a paper saying restroom closed it’s been cleaned and after a certain hour I think they don’t allow no one use them. So I asked a lady in register “Summer” she said they are closed but then this man goes in the restroom and I had to go so I went in the women’s restroom and this restroom had no sign by the way that it was closed.When I got out Summer was talking about me with the men customer that had got out of the restroom. I then got a snack went to pay and I told “Summer” I really had to go I meant no disrespect and she ignored me and her attitude towards me was very disrespectful. I won’t give the store a bad rating for 1 person ??♀️ really hope she has better days ?”

“I was at the store in Sand Springs Texas. I ordered two cheeseburgers and fries. There was three of us a d we went to sit at one of the tables to wait till it was down. We were told we could not sit since they had all the chairs were on top of the tables at 7:30pm!! Outrageous”

“OK! I went in here to get a drink on my way from Midland to Abilene. so I pulled out a large Styrofoam cup, and I stuck it under the ice dispenser, and nothing came out! The ice machine appear to be broken! the assistant manager, James appeared, and he told me the ice dispenser was not working. he then explained that the machine itself was not broken. It was making ice up above the dispenser where the drinks and ice are dispensed. He retrieved A big ice scooper on a small ladder, scooped out some ice and put it in my large Styrofoam cup. And Presto, my problem was solved! How many times have you gone into a convenience store store where the ice machine is not putting out ice from the dispenser? Has an assistant manager offered to mount a small ladder and scoop out ice for you so that you can have a cold drink.? Have they left you in a position where you had to travel elsewhere to get your drink?”
