“We ordered Christmas outfits for our whole family, and due to a small mix-up, the pants I received were the wrong size. I contacted the designer, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They were kind, polite, and genuinely focused on making sure I had something nice to wear for Christmas.
Since the correct size slacks were out of stock, they offered me a different outfit of my choice and sent it overnight at no extra cost. They also promised to send the correct size slacks later as soon as they become available. They didn’t charge me a single penny, and the outfit they sent fit perfectly.
I’m very grateful for their care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!”

We stopped by and customer service was ? the way it should be. Ricky, was the employee that helped us with any questions my kids had about some jeans. 3 kids tried on jeans and Ricky continued to come back with different suggestions and jean style/cut. My kids really don't go out much and really don't socialize a lot but this gentleman really threw out such a helpfull and respectful vibe.
There was another employee and I'm sorry I really didn't get his name (I think it was Alfredo) but he was also helpful.

“So my son is 14, he had a Grammy themed event, he wanted his fit to look similar to Chris Brown’s on the Red Carpet. I went here (sent by Mr. ShowTime) I got the same suite I had been seeing for less including the shirt. The total came to the asking price at RedBird Mall before taxes. I showed Tarra what I needed, I was in and out in 15mins or less, shirt and suite! Despite the outcome of my event, the service was swift and nothing less than great!! “The Dallas store moved to the old theatre, too much lighting and only one level upstairs- in Highland Park shopping center-the elevator connects to a great restaurant downstairs- the ambience is gone But clothes still great! Expensive”
“I discovered Lands End online. The only 100% cotton polo I really enjoy wearing. 2 XL Tall. This week my wife told me about this brick and mortar and we went to take advantage of some 1/4 zippie sweaters. I love the quality and sizing. All in all a very positive experience.”

“Good selection of clothes. Fairly well organized, but almost every rack had sizes out of order. Granted, it was close to closing, so this may not be the usual.There was a situation that the curtain to my fitting room was ripped open by another customer. Luckily I had pants on, but I was not fully comfortable trying in clothes after that. I am pretty sure it was on purpose for some ungodly reason, but the staff and management were very understanding about my concern. I do think this was preventable by not putting curtains for doors in the fitting room, but that isn’t something management can control. Just something H&M should change. I can’t imagine how terrible it would have ended had I not been clothed, or even worse if this happened to a child.”

“This is a beautiful salon to buy and sell handbags and accessories. Merch is arranged by designer. This salon is very private - located in an office building in The Shops at Park Lane. Their online store has a much larger selection. All merch is certified authentic. They also accept returns. Parking is in the garage immediately adjacent to this building. No shoes in this salon, at least not at the moment. The bags looked to be in very good/excellent condition. I didn’t see “well loved”-looking merch here. NOTE - Bring your cell phone to look up merch prices as the items in the salon don’t have prices on the tags. You will find the prices in their online store. Or, the store staff can scan the tag for you.”
“WOW! Bealls, you're a gem! I had never shopped at Bealls before but stumbled upon one today and found the most adorable Dachshund blankets for Fall. This store was well-lit, neat and tidy with everything displayed nicely. I was chatting with the sweet lady at check out and she was very kind. The employees clearly take pride in providing a lovely store to shop at. I felt quite at home shopping here and can't wait to see what I find next time. P.S. - Daisy and I love of these blankets!”

The selection of Islamic gifts is impressive, including beautifully crafted Qurans, English and Urdu Translation Quran, Kids Story books, alcohol-free fragrances, and stunning Islamic calligraphy. The prayer mats are of high quality and perfect for any occasion.
The daughter who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making our shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. She helped us pick out design for our brothers Thobe and helped us with size confusion lol. It’s clear that this shop values its customers and takes pride in its offerings. “The Zodiac room is always a fun experience. This was our fist time to go for the holiday buffet. The food was so good and service as always was impeccable. My only complaint was that we were seated so close to the people next to us that it was hard to hold a conversation. You were basically seated with two other people and heard every word they said. It was still very worth it and we will definitely go back next year. Love the history and tradition of the Zodiac room!”
