“It's always very organized and the worker's are very friendly. I wish they had a little more variety and they're missing the freezer section. Overall though, it's a good store. They seriously need more cashiers though because the lines get so long and mostly always only have one register open unless it’s too busy and they open another.”

“01/30/2024 I went to the store for Chest Rub , which Is vick Varpor. Well Family Dollars on Jefferson Blvd., Didn't have Nothing, of either products. WHY???? ALMOST ALL THE BIG NAMES STORES DO NOT HAVE NONE OF THE MAIN PRODUCTS. THIS IS NOT RIGHT, NOT EVEN THE MAIN DRUG STORES IN MY COMMUNITY. WHY???!!!!!!???”
“Me and my family love coming here. We've each had our own experiences at this store. I went in one morning and Lionel the manager was alone but he took care of us all very quick. And he was super nice. My daughter told me one day Jazzy helped her and my Grand babies. She was so patient and kindly helped her with no hesitation. I walked in and both Jazzy and Anisha were working and dancing and singing I joined in with them. And all of them are always greeting us and make us feel welcomed. I do recommend this place. My mom told me that they always hold the door for her when she leaves the store. You can't find workers like that anywhere. Not even worker, just people. They're willing to give that helping hand when they don't even have to.”

“This is my favorite Dollar Tree. It's always well stocked, neat, and tidy. I was here a couple days before Christmas and it was busy with things being thrown about. The staff remained cheerful and helpful. They all took a lot of pride in the appearance of the store and the shelves. It's always a pleasant trip when I visit here. Not to mention they have the best selection of everything.”
“For the past month I have seen the same cashier closing the store 30 minutes to an hour past closing time. The one time I come & they're closed before 10pm, I witnessed a customer throw a fit then proceed to give a bad, *exaggerated* review. I thought I'd shed some light on the situation and mention that the gentleman is an excellent employee! Also it is up to the manager when the doors close for the store, but I'm sure they had a good reason too!!”
“I usually won't give this kind of a review for a dollar store of all places. This review is for this Family Dollar and the young cashier standing up there dealing with hundreds of people coming in an hour by himself. He had a good attitude even when I spoke with him. He did his job efficiently and it kept going at it, that was a good thing to see. I hope you paying these kind of guys what their worth ??? I don't know his name but it is 5:45 p.m. on January 14th 2022 and it's easy to identify who's working at that location at that time. If you're from the in store perspective.”

“What woman don't like to shop especially at the Dollar Tree. We do not have dollar stores when we was coming up back in the days this is new school days the Young generation that's the way I see it don't get me wrong I love dollar stores. You can't go wrong in Dollar Tree. One day me and my mother was in the Dollar Tree Store in Dallas it was a wonderful shopping experience but my mother what shopping so hard I thought that was so cute I looked at her and asked her mother your shopping basket is pretty full right she said I guess so what woman don't like to shop she replied and then I asked her how much money do you think you're going to spend today she say I'm grown and she said stay out of my business I looked at her and say yes ma'am. “Affordable prices - however - be prepared to deal with a store manager that is rude. I was shopping there last night and thought I had an error on my bill (I didn’t). My cashier was very sweet - looked at my bill & called the mgr to issue a refund on something I thought had been hit twice. The manager comes up - speaks to her in Spanish - the cashier is responding in English (my language) & the manager continues to speak to her in Spanish. I don’t understand a lot - but she asked the cashier if I was lying or not telling the truth - the cashier responded (again in English) that my cart was right there as evidence. The mgr continued to speak in Spanish. Then turned to me and spoke perfect English. All I can say is HOW RUDE. She has NO BUSINESS being a manager if she is going to be that condescending to customers. I KNEW she knew English because the cashier was speaking to her in English yet she continued to speak Spanish - a language I don’t understand. Great job in customer service from the cashier. She treats the customer with integrity and respect. The manager needs to go back to school for training. The cashier is more deserving of a manager position.”

“Have noticed transitions over the past few years. The current conditions are acceptable with a general flow through the store. Aisles a bit narrow but that allows for a greater selection of merchandise. Shelf pricing is a bit off from final register price on a few items but within acceptable levels. Having worked QA, know the consistent battle to maintain the status quo.”
“Found what I needed fairly easy, staff was engaging & friendly. The only quirk that was a little unpleasant the clutter of unstocked merchandise just block the walk ways, it happens. I just feel it should be addressed early or later in the day when not so busy.”

“Nice associates. Anytime I shop, I find what I need and more, unfortunately ?. The only issue is that most Sundays, it's extremely difficult to shop in peace because the Church plays the music so loud that it's hard to focus. Other than that, it's your normal DG!!”
“I have been visiting all of the Dollar General's in my area to see what all the hype is about. I see folks on YouTube stacking coupons and saving money.I have visited this store a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the store is a bit chaotic. The home decor aisle has rugs on the ground so it's hard to push a cart through. Other aisles are blocked by carts. It's messy. I was able to find what I was looking for, however I did notice that not all of the toys are in the toy aisle. They're at the top of the shelves across the store.I ended up doing a return after not correctly reading a receipt and the staff was helpful about it.”

“The outside of the store is clean and there's plenty of parking. The inside of the store is clean though it is very cluttered. The staff is always usually really friendly with the exception of the manager. Don't know his name but he's a man in his bald. The problem with this Dollar General is they'll have an advertisement for something in the paper but rarely have it on the shelves. Even on the first day of the cell in the morning. They always blame it on a late truck. Then when you come back for it they don't want to give it to you for the sale price. It's really messed up situation there.”

“I got there right as they were closing the two employees I saw were friendly and courteous and allowed me roam throughout the store acquire all the things on my list of a dozen items or so quickly and efficiently I found their name brand products at the usual discounted rates comparable to such stores as Walmart but on a smaller scale kind of like a school room setting one teacher per 20 students is much better than one teacher versus 60 or 70 students that you'll find in larger schools such as Walmart compared to dollar store they have that advantage and I saw that in spades tonight as I visited store right before they closed and was out the door 2 minutes ahead of schedule and did have to employ the help with finding a couple of items in which was also quick and efficient. Plus in addition the store was neat and clean”
