12 North Apartments is an off-campus apartment community located just steps from Texas A&M University. The complex has undergone extensive renovations, offering many wonderful updates and amenities. Residents enjoy a resort-style pool, gaming rooms, an outdoor courtyard, study rooms, and a newly remodeled workout area. The shared spaces are noted as clean, fresh, and welcoming. The apartments feature stainless steel appliances and a full washer and dryer. While bedrooms are not super big, the kitchen and living space are a very nice size. The community is a great size compared to a traditional dorm, with individual bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff is described as friendly, awesome, and dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, often helping to meet resident needs quickly. Move-in processes are well organized. Its proximity to campus makes for a quick walk or bike ride to class, making it a popular choice for students.

These apartments have allowed me to have a really good college experience. The staff is very nice and hospitable (Susannah). Without them this place wouldn’t be as good as it is!

We had issues several times with the a/c unit. The new maintance supervisor went above and beyond to make sure that the unit was up and running that day! Very grateful !

Signing in for lease and questions related to lease sign in and minor issues during the process were taken care so quickly. The office admin was very helpful and responsive even on Sunday late afternoon and taking care of things.
