Experience student living in College Station, Texas with furnished 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom apartments near Texas A&M. The community offers ideal off‑campus housing options for students in a vibrant city. The staff is incredible, great, professional and respectful, with maintenance, desk and janitorial team provide kindness and fixed wifi. Amenities are great and the location is unbeatable, with a view from the top floor and to the bustling atmosphere. Wifi can be bad but the maintenance team fixed it. On the pricier end you get the experience you pay for. A beautiful home away from home, a great place to start and finish time at A&M.
Despite the elevators not working for a few weeks, I really like living at Ion so far. The staff is all really nice and are always working to fix any work orders. The gym is always well maintained and all my appliances work well. Would recommend for any engineers since Zachary is so close.

If you go up to the top floor, and look down, you can see the Sunoco gouging people for gasoline, it's like a dollar more than you would pay anywhere else, great view!!
