βMy 13 year old son and I came into the store last Saturday, he loves Vans and I finally was able to get him a pair. I feel bad for not remembering the names of the employees but the two workers (males) and the manager (male in his early 30's) were nothing but kind and had exceptional customer service. I've never seen my son so happy!!! They were really knowledgeable about the products and treated my son with respect (like an adult-not some pesky kid). Thank you for the great memory, my son loves his shoes!!!β
βI called up to Buckle to see if they truly carried a full size range in-store. When Heather answered the phone she let me know that they really did & sheβd be happy to pull some jeans for us while we traveled to the store. I was already impressed because we have a toddler in tow, so I knew that would save time and be helpful. When we arrived at the store, Heather continued to check in as we tried on & helped us find options based on our feedback as we tried on. As plus size people, we had no idea Buckle was even an option, but we will be forever customers now! Truly the BEST jeans shopping experience weβve ever had. We felt like we just strolled into personal shopping at Neimanβs - VIP experience for sure! Thanks!β

βI was in desperate need of some shirts but I mostly found shirts that were over $30. Thankfully I was able to go to Melrose because their shirts are really cute and affordable. I got two shirts for less than $20.β

βThis has to be the best customer service experience at a boutique in B/CS. I came in for a laundry scent booster that is always sold out online (so major bonus points that they carry it), and I left with that + clothing and gifts. They are SO sweet. You aren’t made to feel like you’re bothering them by asking for help - You also don’t feel like they’re pushing things on you, but at the same time, they’re super helpful with offering input. I am not a huge solo shopper because I have such a hard time making decisions, and because of their help, I left confident in my purchases, having genuinely enjoyed the experience. I also left my sunglasses in the dressing room, and they called me immediately to tell me they were holding them for me. I loved them 9 years ago as a young professional, and now that we’re back in town, I’m so excited to make this my boutique home.β
βGenuinely the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. My husband works super long hours and by the time he had a day off he forgot to even think about what he needed for a funeral. These girls helped me get him options and stayed open for him. Could not have been nicer. This is the store you need to go to for trendy southwestern girls & guys clothes. Love you guys so much!β

βBest clothing store in cstat for sure! Workers are so nice and shipped a dress I loved to their cstat store from another location since they didnβt have my size in store! They also do a great job catering their clothing for college events (date parties, game days, etc)β

βWhoever the worker is in your store named Meli, she is exceptional when it comes to communicating with customers. She had me laughing the entire time she was explaining what shoes matched with my clothing and I plan on coming back every time I plan on buying shoes. It's actually nice to come into a store where someone wants to actually help you without an attitude and literally have me enjoy spending money. Need more spirits like her in this universe.β
