“I had an issue with a fishing rod and reel combo I purchased here. The first one broke on my very first fishing trip before I even really got a chance to use it. It was replaced, but then a friend of mine had the exact same rod and his broke as well. In my opinion, that particular rod is very low quality and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. (Penn wrath ll) That being said, I had a great experience with the manager, Brandon. He was very nice, professional, and took the time to listen to what happened. He really took care of me and ended up giving me a gift card for the value of the rod so I could choose a better quality one instead. Even though I was disappointed with the rod itself, Brandon’s customer service completely changed the experience for me. I really appreciate the way he handled the situation. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
