“I do not have anything bad to say about Sam’s. I love shopping here and the staff at the front door are always so welcoming and sweet. The only thing is that this has been maybe my fourth time buying a box of varieties of chips. No matter what box I get. I’m always getting a half box of chips that are opened and taste old and stale. I’m don’t know if it’s because they are smashing the bags down in the boxes. But it’s really disappointing when it’s constantly happening”

“Gotta love CVS. Unfortunately I had to go to an urgent care facility, where they wrote me a couple prescriptions. Before I had even left the examination room, CVS notified me that they had received the prescriptions. By the time I left the urgent care, and made the short drive to CVS, the prescriptions were ready. ?”

“Let me tell you and possibly put an end to ANY negative comments about the staff and Pharmacists at HEB. My dealings have been with Pharmacists Jasper and Jamie and their staff of technicians. I’ve lived in different areas of the state of Texas and I have to say the pharmacy in College Station at William Fitch and Hwy 6 is the absolute BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with…bar none. These folks are the most courteous, professional and helpful people I have ever dealt with. God Bless them all.”

“I feel bad that this CVS gets so many 1-star reviews just because of the parking situation, so this is my effort to balance it out. It has never failed me once and the staff is great. If you're like me and you live within walking/biking distance, you will have no problem with this CVS at all.”
“Not to invalidate the bad reviews, but I've been filling prescriptions monthly here for ~3 years with good communication and timely service (often prescriptions are filled early). I'm leaving a review though because today the staff found+executed a workaround after my psychiatrist was not responding to their calls. I had told them I was leaving tomorrow, so they made sure to try to get something figured out today. Made me realize I had never left a review!”

“I personally do not think this CVS is as bad as people make it out to be. I’ve been using them as my pharmacy for years and I haven’t had any issues. Any time I have a concern or question, the staff is always willing to help me and gives me genuine helpful information. They help me find coupons for medications if they’re too expensive and are diligent about communicating with my doctor if there’s any concerns regarding my prescriptions. The only complaint I have is that they can be a little slow sometimes, but honestly most pharmacies are. Sadly, I am going to be moving soon and will not be able to continue using them as my pharmacy. I deeply appreciate the services that they have provided to me throughout my time in town!”
